At Sugar Bee Clothing, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
